Do I have to go to the Avance Desk at the Airport
Your vehicle will be parked at Palma Airport, with the keys and parking ticket placed in a security box attached to the window of your car. The contract is placed in the glove box. We supply you with the code ahead of time. This way you have ‘No Airport Desk Waiting Time’ to get your car! At the end of your trip, you can return your vehicle in the same area as collected.

Can I have a Vehicle Delivered to Me?
Island wide pick up and drop off service from Airport, Hotel, Villa or Port. Your vehicle will be ready and waiting at your desired location. We will also collect your car from your desired location – this service is totally free of charge. This service will all depend on the length of the car rental. All enquiries can be done by contacting our administration department through the enquiry form on our Contact Page or by simply calling us.

Do I need to have a Deposit on my Credit Card to Hire a car?
Unlike other rental companies we don’t require a security holding deposit.

How many Miles car I drive in the car?
Travel across the beautiful Island of Mallorca without limitation. We have an unlimited milage policy on all our vehicles.

Do you have Manual and Automatic vehicles?
Our vehicle range covers both manual and automatic transmissions. Please inform us of your preference when booking.
